Planning Phase (1–2 Weeks)

The journey begins with a thorough assessment of the damage. Our team works closely with you to navigate the insurance claims process, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place. Our vetted contractors are experienced in insurance-related work and coordinate accurate repair estimates with adjusters. Additionally, we assist in material choices, and managing payments, including those involving insurance and mortgage companies.

Construction Phase (2–8 Weeks)

Once planning is complete, we move into the construction phase. Our project managers oversee scheduling and coordinate access for tradespeople, ensuring the work progresses smoothly. We provide weekly updates and maintain open communication throughout the process. Quality checks are conducted regularly, and we handle any necessary supplement claims or changes to the project scope.

Project Wrap-Up (1–2 Weeks)

As your project comes to a close, we’ll walk through the finished space with you and hand out a “punch list” form. You’ll have 24 hours to note any items that need attention. After that, your project manager or a RestoPros representative will review each item with you and make sure they’re resolved. Once everything is completed, both you and our team member will sign off. Final payment is collected at this time, and we’ll make sure all documentation is wrapped up for your insurance or mortgage provider.
