At a time that was so disturbing for my family,the staff at Restopros took over and their competence and empathy for what we had to go through kicked in, in a manner that far exceeded my expectations.I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

I very much appreciated the thorough inspection of the hardwood floors in my kitchen, and especially the analysis of the flooring under the dishwasher. The situation turned out to be less extensive than initially thought, and did not require the services of RestoPros. The honesty and integrity of RestoPros' technicians, most especially Hugo made me feel good about your company. We had a pipe burst in the wall behind our pantry and it flooded the area. We were referred to Averi w/Restopro. Although I was actively panicking, she assured me they would take care of us. Kevin & Luis came to do the initial work and they are my Batman & Robin! Super friendly, trustworthy and efficient! Anyone dealing with water damage- I would recommend them 110%. Thank you ALL (including Ashley, Roman & Hugo) for amazing customer care!!

I highly recommend RestoPros! The kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency of the entire team has made an unexpected and challenging situation feel manageable. We had a sewer line back up into our first floor, flooding several rooms, and I spoke to Averi the owner as the event was unfolding – she offered to come out that night, even though it was already 10:30pm, to assess damage and advise – we ended up meeting early the next morning, and within hours of the damage her team was in place removing the contaminated areas and cleaning and preserving our belongings with great care. We also had the pleasure of working with Roman, Hugo, and Ashley while mitigating the damage – all lovely and kind and professional. Roman answered countless questions from my littles with grace and patience and even gave them gifts on the day he closed out the mitigation part. We are moving into the next phases of the project – the rebuild – and continue to completely trust the team and their process!

The contractors did an excellent job fixing the water heater leak. They were professional and kept us updated throughout the process. They paid attention to detail and carefully planned the steps and estimated time for each phase.

Restopros of Intown Atlanta has helped me tremendously! Roman and the team have been great and on point! 10/10 would recommend!
