With unmatched expertise to complete complex projects, Certified Firms give consumers peace of mind that the job will be completed right the first time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The IICRC has a Code of Ethics and a commitment pledge that all Certified Firms agree to, as a condition of their being granted status as an IICRC Certified Firm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>At <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restopros.co\/ga-northeast\/\">RestoPros of Northeast Georgia<\/a> we take this code of ethics, our reputation and the quality of service we provide to our customers very seriously.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>The Code of Ethics We Pledge as part of becoming an <a href=\"https:\/\/iicrc.org\/\">IICRC Certified<\/a> Firm<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Present a professional image, including but not limited to, appearance,<br \/>\ngrooming, equipment, attire, and attitude.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Maintain an awareness of and knowledge about IICRC published standards,<br \/>\nrelevant to the Certified Firm\u2019s operations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\">\u00a0Seek and promote education and training for technicians to enhance<br \/>\nproficiency.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Have an IICRC Certified Technician supervise or be present on all job sites.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\">If the Certified Firm no longer has a Certified Technician on staff, the Certified Firm agrees to hire or obtain a replacement Certified Technician as soon as possible, but in no event later than twelve (12) months. If the\u00a0 Certified Firm\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">fails to hire or obtain a replacement Certified Technician, the Certified Firm agrees to cease advertising as a Certified Firm for those services which require such Certified Technician.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\"><strong>Be truthful<\/strong>; provide service that results in elevated levels of customer<br \/>\nsatisfaction; be prompt; conduct business with honesty, integrity, and fairness; build consumer confidence in the industry; and promote good relations with affiliate industries.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\"><strong>Avoid confusing or misleading consumers<\/strong>\u00a0by providing accurate information to them about prices, services, and products.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\"><strong>Comply with government rules and regulations<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\"><strong>Avoid conflicts of interest<\/strong>\u00a0and the appearance of conflicts of interest.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Use the IICRC name, logo, certification marks, and trademarks only in the<br \/>\nmanner authorized and approved by the IICRC (always follow logo use memo found in the Certified Firm toolbox).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Maintain a written customer complaint policy which includes at least the<br \/>\nfollowing elements: a.) a designated person who responds to customer<br \/>\ncomplaints; b.) a commitment to respond, in writing, to verbal or written<br \/>\ncomplaints within five (5) business days; and c.) an agreement to use Better<br \/>\nBusiness Bureau or similar alternative dispute resolution process, with a<br \/>\nneutral mediator, in an effort to resolve customer complaints.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fontstyle0\"><strong>Agree to comply with rules, policies, and procedures of the IICRC<\/strong>, as such polices, and procedure now exist or as they may be amended in the future<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6131\" src=\"https:\/\/www.restopros.co\/ga-northeast\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2024\/04\/IICRC-Certified-Firm_Badge__1_-150x150-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RestoPros of Northeast Georgia is proud to have achieved and be considered an IICRC Certified Firm IICRC Certified Firm Code of Ethics IICRC Certified Firms are known for their high level of technical experience and professionalism.
