I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I called them out to my cabin after discovering massive, overwhelming property damage. I was incredibly stressed and truly didn’t think we would ever be able to get the smell out—but they worked absolute miracles. They got to work within just a few days of my initial call and stayed on the job until everything was completely perfect. As someone who works full-time, their communication was a lifesaver. They always showed up exactly when they said they would, made themselves available for questions, and even answered me on the weekends. They went above and beyond by giving me excellent, clear guidance on my next steps throughout the entire process. The team was extremely polite, incredibly hard-working, and left absolutely no mess behind. They made sure every single detail was complete and flawless before they left. If you want a team that is reliable, meticulous, and genuinely cares about their work, this is who you need to call. I would never go to anyone else!

I can’t say enough good things about Tim Tardie and the team at RestoPros. They were responsive, moved quickly, communicated with us every step of the way, and were always straightforward and honest about what needed to be done. Tim and his team worked closely with our insurance company and connected us with other trusted local experts whenever we needed additional help. They were also friendly and genuinely a pleasure to be around. Dealing with water damage and mold in your home is incredibly stressful, and working with someone you trust makes such a difference. Our house is fully repaired and better than it was before. I would recommend that anyone dealing with a damaged home make Tim and RestoPros their first call.

On 12/26/25 our washing machine overflowed! I can not say enough good things about Restopros of Central Maine!! Tim Tardie was driving back home from a family Christmas up north and came right to our house where he met his crew! They were in and out in 1 1/2 hours. They put up plastic walls, ripped down the ceiling, and set up fans to dry. They came back out after it dried, checked out the area, cleaned up, and got in touch with the insurance company! I could not have asked for better service! 10 out of 10!!

At the end of June, we had an awful flood in our house. After a stop valve in our bathroom failed to work, we ended up with a flooded bathroom and water in our kitchen and basement. The *only* positive part of this experience has been finding and working with RestoPros of Eastern & Central Maine. The damage was extensive, our insurance company has been … "nightmare" doesn't even begin to cover it …, and we lost access to significant parts of our home as a result of how far the water traveled overnight. However, we now know exactly who we will call whenever we need mitigation, restoration, or construction at our house again. We are hoping for only planned, non-emergency projects in the future, and we will be calling this team for all of them. Many RestoPros employees took part in the process of fixing up our home and making it safe and whole again. The team members who spent the most time with us are Eric, Tim, Ross, and Gage. We can't sing their praises enough. Having a flood in our new home, months after moving in, was scary, frustrating, expensive, and anxiety-inducing. Eric, Tim, Ross, Gage, and their team were kind, thoroughly explained all of our options to us (there were many big decisions to be made, a lot of them having to do with things that are not our forte- we work in fields that have not lent us a ton of knowledge on construction or restoration), were patient with us, and did SUCH a great and detail-oriented job. What began as a nightmare has provided us with two things we are really grateful for: beautiful work that has our house functioning great and looking awesome, and also rapport with a team of people who are the best at what they do. We also want to give a shout out to Elliott Hill at KR Tile. RestoPros connected us with him, and he did an amazing job of retiling our bathroom and kitchen floors. He was also an absolute joy to work with. Big, sincere thanks to everyone who gave us our home back. We appreciate all of you.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! We had water leaking in our rental property from our upstairs bathroom into the bathroom downstairs, with water actually pooling inside the ceiling. We were extremely concerned about the damage and the possibility of mold developing. From the moment we reached out, they were incredibly responsive and treated our situation with urgency. They took care of everything immediately, thoroughly cleaned the affected areas to prevent mold growth, and gave us tremendous peace of mind. What impressed me most was their professionalism and communication. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept us informed throughout the process, and genuinely made us feel like we were in great hands. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was made so much easier because of their team. Exceptional service from start to finish! I am beyond grateful and would recommend them without hesitation!

I had a leak in my bathroom and my plumber recommended this company for my restoration project. They responded very quickly and were able to get to work within a week or two. Their quality of work was great and the project was done in a reasonable amount of time.
