Mitigation Manager/Lead Technician

Overview: RestoPros of the Sandhills (Fayetteville, Sanford, Pinehurst NC) provides comprehensive residential and commercial mitigation and restoration services, including remediation of water, smoke, mold, and fire damage. Responsibilities:

  • Perform water, fire, mold, and smoke mitigation services in accordance with industry specifications.
  • Serve as the frontline responder for our company, inspecting sites, presenting solutions, and conducting restoration activities.
  • Grow and supervise a team of mitigation technicians.
  • Use Xactimate software to create proposals and write estimates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and insurance agents throughout projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed within established time frames and to customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate with managers on job status, scope, time, and resource status utilizing restoration management communications and documentation software.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and ensure all company equipment is well-maintained.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in after-hours emergencies and the on-call schedule.
  • Schedule crews and manage multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 year of mitigation experience preferred.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • IICRC – WRT Certification at a minimum.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate software.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and ability to react quickly to situations.
  • Experience with insurance claims and speaking directly with homeowners and adjusters.
  • Strong customer service focus with effective communication skills.
  • Project management experience with multiple jobs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00
