This is a labor-intensive construction related position that has a rotating \u201con call \/ emergency response\u201d requirement.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Water Mitigation: Performing water extraction, setting up and monitoring drying equipment, and conducting moisture readings to ensure successful drying processes.<\/li>\n<li>Customer Service: Regularly communicating with clients to update them on progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring their complete satisfaction throughout the process.<\/li>\n<li>Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and caring for company equipment, ensuring tools are in top condition and ready for deployment.<\/li>\n<li>Team Leadership: Providing guidance and training to junior technicians; ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.<\/li>\n<li>Emergency Response: Participating in a rotating \u201con call\u201d schedule, ready to address water emergencies swiftly and effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years experience in water damage restoration or a related role.<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and job documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Clean criminal history and driving record<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in challenging environments, such as confined spaces or heights.<\/li>\n<li>IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification or equivalent is preferred.
