What Our Rebuild Service Includes
Planning Phase (1–2 Weeks)
Our Rebuild service begins with a comprehensive planning phase. We help you navigate the often-complex insurance claims process and our trusted contractors specialize in insurance-related repairs. We’ll ensure accurate repair estimates are provided in collaboration with adjusters and guide you through material choices. Additionally, we’ll assist in managing payment schedules, including those involving your insurance or mortgage company.
Construction Phase (2–8 Weeks)
Once the planning is completed, we move to the construction phase, where we oversee every detail of the project. Our team manages scheduling and ensures that access for contractors and tradespeople is coordinated efficiently. We maintain ongoing communication and provide regular updates throughout the construction process. Quality checks are performed at each stage, and we handle any necessary adjustments or supplemental claims, ensuring the project stays on track.
Project Wrap-Up (1–2 Weeks)
When the project is nearing completion, we’ll walk through the finished space with you and hand out a punch list. You’ll have one full day to note any items that need attention. After that, your project manager or a RestoPros representative will review the list together and resolve them. Once everything is completed, both you and our team member will sign the completion form. At this point, we process the final payment, and we’ll handle all documentation for insurance or mortgage providers.
