Job Description<\/h2>\n

RestoPros of Columbus West, a water mitigation and restoration company, is seeking an entrepreneurial, outgoing, and customer service-oriented relationship manager. You will be responsible for meeting with clients, educating them about our services, and guiding them to make the best decisions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Roles and Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Build a book of referrals through in-person cold calls<\/li>\n
  • Maintain strong client relationships<\/li>\n
  • Identify and engage key contacts at potential client companies<\/li>\n
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings to explain services<\/li>\n
  • Address client challenges and provide solutions<\/li>\n
  • Identify new business development opportunities<\/li>\n
  • Monitor competitors and ensure client retention<\/li>\n
  • Provide exceptional customer service<\/li>\n
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally<\/li>\n
  • Set revenue targets and execute strategies to achieve them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    Qualifications<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills<\/li>\n
    • High-quality customer service focus<\/li>\n
    • Analytical and research abilities<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of relationship management practices<\/li>\n
    • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills<\/li>\n
    • Customer-oriented and outgoing personality<\/li>\n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems<\/li>\n
    • Experience creating sales presentations<\/li>\n
    • 3+ years in sales or customer service preferred<\/li>\n
    • Construction experience preferred<\/li>\n
    • Water mitigation\/restoration experience preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
