Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Perform water, fire, mold, and smoke mitigation services in accordance with industry specifications.
\n\u2022 Serve as the frontline responder for our company, inspecting sites, presenting solutions, and conducting restoration activities.
\n\u2022 Grow and supervise a team of mitigation technicians.
\n\u2022 Use Xactimate software to create proposals and write estimates.
\n\u2022 Act as the primary point of contact for customers and insurance agents throughout projects.
\n\u2022 Ensure projects are completed within established time frames and to customer satisfaction.
\n\u2022 Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and ensure all company equipment is well-maintained.
\n\u2022 Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
\n\u2022 Be accessible by phone and participate in after-hours emergencies and the on-call schedule.
\n\u2022 Schedule crews and manage multiple projects effectively.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Minimum of 1 year of mitigation experience preferred.
\n\u2022 Management experience preferred.
\n\u2022 IICRC \u2013 WRT Certification at a minimum.
\n\u2022 Proficiency in Xactimate software.
\n\u2022 Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and ability to react quickly to situations.
\n\u2022 Experience with insurance claims and speaking directly with homeowners and adjusters.
\n\u2022 Strong customer service focus with effective communication skills.
\n\u2022 Project management experience with multiple jobs.
\n\u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n

Pay:<\/strong> $50,000.00 – $70,000.00<\/p>\n
