At RestoPros of Dayton, we celebrate a corporate culture of safety, service, family, and fun.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform water, fire, mold, and smoke mitigation services in accordance with industry specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the frontline responder for our company, inspecting sites, presenting solutions, and conducting restoration activities.<\/li>\n<li>Use Xactimate software to create proposals and write estimates.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure projects are completed within established time frames and to customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and ensure all company equipment is well-maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Be accessible by phone and participate in after-hours emergencies and the on-call schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year of mitigation experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Management experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>IICRC \u2013 WRT Certification at a minimum.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Xactimate software.<\/li>\n<li>Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and ability to react quickly to situations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with insurance claims and speaking directly with homeowners and adjusters.<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service focus with effective communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Valid Drivers License.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pay:<\/strong> $20.00 &#8211; $23.00 per hour<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dental insurance<\/li>\n<li>Health Insurance Contribution<\/li>\n<li>On-the-job training<\/li>\n<li>Paid time off<\/li>\n<li>Referral program<\/li>\n<li>Safety equipment provided<\/li>\n<li>Vision insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 hour shift<\/li>\n<li>Monday to Friday<\/li>\n<li>Nights as needed<\/li>\n<li>Overtime<\/li>\n<li>Weekends as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Supplemental Pay:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bonus opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Overtime pay<\/li>\n<li>Performance bonus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-6335","careers","type-careers","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
