What Our Rebuild Service Includes

1. Planning Phase (1–2 Weeks)

Our team assists you in navigating the insurance claim process, as our contractors are experienced in insurance work. We coordinate accurate repair estimates with adjusters and guide you through material choices and payment handling, including coordination with insurance and mortgage companies.

2. Construction Phase (2–8 Weeks)

During construction, we manage scheduling and tradespeople access, providing weekly updates and ongoing communication. Our team oversees quality checks, handles supplement requests, and accommodates any optional upgrades or changes you may desire.

3. Project Wrap-Up (1–2 Weeks)

Near the close of the project, we’ll walk through the finished space with you and hand out a punch list. You’ll have one full day to note any items that need attention. After that, your project manager or a RestoPros representative will check off the listed items and resolve them. Once everything is completed, both you and our team member will confirm everything is done. This is when we collect the final payment, and we’ll finalize paperwork for your insurance or lender.
