What Our Rebuild Service Includes

1. Planning Phase (1–2 Weeks)

Our team assists you in navigating the insurance claim process, as our contractors are experienced in insurance work. We coordinate accurate repair estimates with adjusters and guide you through material choices, and payment handling, including coordination with insurance and mortgage companies.

2. Construction Phase (2–8 Weeks)

During construction, we manage scheduling and tradespeople access, providing weekly updates and ongoing communication. Our team oversees quality checks, handles supplement requests, and accommodates any optional upgrades or changes you may desire.

3. Project Wrap-Up (1–2 Weeks)

At the final stage of your rebuild, we’ll walk through the finished space with you and hand out a punch list. You’ll have about a day to note any items that need attention. After that, your project manager or a RestoPros representative will walk through any concerns and resolve them. Once everything is completed, both you and our team member will wrap up the sign-off process. This is when we collect the final payment, and we’ll finalize paperwork for your insurance or lender.
