Honest and thorough company. Was very quick to respond, did assessment and remediation recommendations same day. Water damage from malfunctioning AC unit caused enough damage to warrant the event, worked in conjunction with the AC company to not overlap. Work completed on/over a 3 day (Labor Day) weekend without hesitation. Excellent company to work with.
Alex and Bailey were a godsend. Upon receiving my call they literally sacrificed time with their family on a Sunday (wasn’t requested but they happily offered) to assess the damage, provide a quote and lay out a plan. They got to work the next day and many many days thereafter until the job was finished. We had some unexpected mishaps along the way but they rolled with it. Cannot recommend them more. VERY impressed with this company. After a stove incident that happened while I was away from my home, I came back to heavy smoke that spread throughout my entire house. I initially thought I could clean it myself. After a few days, I quickly realized it wasn’t getting any better…and learned just how difficult smoke damage actually is to remove. 😭

I can not recommend Restopros more highly. Need six stars. Once we received our mold inspection on our new home purchase, the inspector recommended Restopros for remediation. They showed up the same day I called them and walked us through the remediation process. We had a firm fair estimate the next day and started the project two day later.
