Jan eas amazing. He was out to evaluate water damage within an hour of being contacted. He pulled the wet insullation and determined there was no mold or structural damage. He volunteered to replace the insulation once the area dried. 4 days later he was back replaced the imsulation sprayed antimicrobial solution and only charged for the insolation and antimicrobial.
