24/7 Water, Fire & Mold Damage Restoration in East Denver, CO

I want to send a shout out to Jon and his crew. We had an emergency, and they are professional and provide quality work!

Showed up Labor Weekend! Did a wonderful job.

We had a toilet overflow flood in bedroom out to living room and kitchen and RestoPros was at our apartment immediately to move all furniture, gather and box/label all belongings from bedroom, closets, kitchen and living room. Two months later after 4 weeks of fans to dry out, dry wall and floor repair a team from RestoPros returned and emptied boxes, reset up the bed and moved all furniture , paintings, etc back to original spots. I can’t say enough about how great owner Jon and his team took over to get us ready to move back in. The entire team worked hard for several hours and each one had a great, helping attitude. Highest recommendation one can give! Bill MacMillan

Exceptional isn’t even good enough to describe my truly wonderful, amazing experience with Jon, and his team at Resto Pros East Denver! My family was in such a difficult situation, uncovering all kinds of unexpected issues from a leaking HVAC system and under tight timelines. Jon could see our desperation as a young family in our home, and immediately sprang into action. He personally helped me work through various problems so we could get the HVAC installed, then his team came out to finish the remediation job. I’ve NEVER experienced an in home professional going above and beyond like this, ever. I 100%, without a doubt would give the highest recommendation to Jon, his team, and their company. Wow!!

Jon and his team responded quickly and efficiently. The problem was resolved with great recommendations for other companies to finish the restoration project.

I can't say enough great things about RestoPros and Jon Sorensen. As a trusted business partner, they have consistently proven to be responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. Communication is always prompt, and their team goes above and beyond to ensure every project is handled with care and attention to detail. Jon is one of the most personable and professional people you'll meet. He has built a phenomenal reputation in the restoration industry through his integrity, expertise, and genuine commitment to helping others. It's clear that he and his team truly care about their customers and work hard to deliver the best possible outcome during what can often be a stressful time. We recently had a project completed by RestoPros and they restored our office back to its original condition after the building was flooded. We were very pleased with the level of work and care that was put back into our office new again. We would definitely continue to work with RestoPros in the future!

John and his team were incredible! They fixed my store ceiling in 72 hours and were responsive and attentive the entire time. I’m so lucky they were assigned to my building. Thank you John and team!

Jon and Jose were amazing! Very thorough regarding what to expect in scope of their work, price, and misc things that lay people don'toften think about. They are very responsive in communication, almost instant. They put together a very detailed report with pictures of before, during, and after. Definitely on top of the game and will recommend them to others if needed!
