We had a great experience working with RestoPros of Joliet. The team was professional, responsive, and took the time to clearly explain the entire process from start to finish. They arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and completed the job efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing remediation services.

I had bad mildew odor and some mold in the crawlspace from previous water damage; being allergic to mold this was really Causing a problem for me. Cam and his crew came out and inspected the crawlspace and was able to remove the mold and scrubbed the air so I did not even know it was there. They were very professional, knowledgeable and completely educated me. They walked me through the entire process needing to be done. They were fair and reasonably priced. They did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them!

Cam and his team are top tier! During one of the many storms we had the summer of 2026, our basement flooded and destroyed everything. Cam was able to get there the next day. He was thorough and explained how the whole process would go. He walked us through insurance and made sure everything single thing was documented, making sure there would be plenty of information for insurance adjusters. He arranged for a dumpster at the house and sent a team into dry everything out. We intended to use Cam to facilitate the rebuild, but opted to do that part by ourselves. Restopros are a must!

If your basement has taken on water and you’ve some across RestoPro stop searching and call them ! Extremely attentive, communication was stellar, price beat the big companies but more so value for dollars spent was absolutely worth it. We got 30 inches of water during a huge rain in July , nightmare scenario. My contractor referred me to restopro, the owner replied right away and they were at my house same day. The bigger companies ( I ll not mention their names ) had me waiting hours and hours for a call back. They finally showed up without confirming an appointment, but resto pro was already at my house. If you have flooding call RestoPro if you want the job done right , efficient and professionally at a very reasonable cost. Best of the best.

Kyle came and did a review for a water damage that we had in the ceiling. He was so pleasant to work with and kept me aware of next steps. I would recommend them to anyone that is experiencing an issue similar to mine. Thank You!!

I highly recommend Resto Pros. Cam and his team were excellent—professional, responsive, and thorough throughout the entire process. After a severe rainstorm caused water to enter my basement, I needed help with the cleanup. I called Resto Pros, and Kyle arrived within a few hours to assess the damage. He quickly removed the water and set up fans to begin drying the floors and walls. As the drying process continued, it became clear there was more damage than expected. Kyle returned to remove the affected flooring and baseboards, ensuring everything was properly addressed. The team completed a full cleanup and spent several days drying out the entire basement using fans and dehumidifiers. This was not something I could have handled on my own, and I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication that went into restoring my basement. Thanks to Resto Pros, my basement is now dry, safe, and ready to be rebuilt. I’m very grateful for their outstanding service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage. Thanks Cam and Kyle!
