Mike came out to give an estimate on if remediation was needed after a pipe backup after Roto-routers quoted me at 2k without even inspecting the wall. He spoke at length with me about the situation on the phone, came out right away, did a thorough inspection and took readings throughout the space and told me no remediation was needed and did not charge for the visit. Honest, informative, professional and helpful. If I ever have any water/fire/mold issues I will call them immediately and recommend to all my friends and family.
