Lauren sets our customer experience strategy and ensures we take excellent care of each customer through empathetic and proactive communication. Lauren is a proud mom of 2 kids. She loves to workout, spend time with friends, and create incredible meals and desserts in the kitchen. She’s a low-key expert chef.
