Earlier today I had Joseph Balabous come to my home for an assessment and a quote. My sump pump failed and my basement flooded. I removed about 50 gallons of water from my basement, removed my carpet, and placed dehumidifiers and fans all around. I was convinced that I would have to remove drywall because of mold since the same thing happened to my neighbors and they needed their drywall replaced. (It was replaced by Resto Pros btw) Joe came out, took numerous readings, removed some of my baseboards and took thermal readings. He told me that because of our quick actions we took after the flood. He would not recommend replacing the drywall. He could have easily took our money and removed drywall since we were expecting that anyway. He simply told me what he would do if it was his own home. I really felt like I could trust joe and what he was saying and really appreciate his honesty.

Joe and Sean are top notch guys. Extremely prompt and have lot of experiences in this business. Helped us fully understand what was going on in our attic and possible remedies they offer. Very fair prices and above all they are honest guys. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend if you want to skip price gouging and get down to what you NEED to do without high pressure sales you call RestoPros and pray you get Joseph Balabous. He and his team did a great job – they did what they needed to do and, even though others were charging way more (due to lots of rain damage in the area), they didn't take advantage of the situation. Not only were they incredibly thorough and knowledgeable on the clean up. I got some very sound advice on where the issue began. When our basement flooded, Joe and his crew were at our house within 2 hours to start the process of removing material and drying things out. We were very impressed with the quick response time. Would recommended and will use again if we ever need to!

I cannot recommend Joe highly enough!! We had a leak in our laundry room that ran down the wall and had black mold all the way to the floor. Joe went above and beyond to fix this awful situation. He arrived right after we called him and got right to work ripping out all the wet walls and insulation, dried and sprayed everything down with an antimicrobial spray both outside and inside the walls. Then he used his industrial strength dehumidifier and fan to "bake" the room for 48 hrs and came back two days later to put new insulation in. Now the mold and the awful smell from it is GONE!!! We're so happy we called him to remedy this problem!!

Joe is the most honest guy in the business. We found mold in our attic and we had a few companies come quote. Joe came to inspect the day we called. All of the other companies wanted to charge an absurd amount of money and used scare tactics as I am currently pregnant. Joe was completely honest and said it was not as bad as the other companies said and is charging us a very fair amount of money to fix, he even said it was so minimal we didn't need to do anything which I appreciated. Please do not make the same mistake I did by letting other companies use scare tactics as that is easy to do when you hear the word "mold" – just call Joe and he will be completely honest.

Sean from RestoPros was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to come and give a free estimate the same day that I called. He was thorough with his inspection and I felt confident regarding his recommendations. Although I didn’t end up needing his services, RestroPros is the company I would call if I needed work done.
