1. Planning Phase (1–2 Weeks)
Our team assists you in navigating the insurance claim process, as our vetted contrators are experienced in insurance work. We coordinate accurate repair estimates with adjusters and guide you through material choices, and payment handling, including coordination with insurance and mortgage companies.
2. Construction Phase (2–8 Weeks)
During construction, we manage scheduling and tradespeople access, providing weekly updates and ongoing communication. Our team oversees quality checks, handles supplement requests, and accommodates any optional upgrades or changes you may desire.
3. Project Wrap-Up (1–2 Weeks)
Near the close of the project, we’ll walk through the finished space with you and hand out a punch list. You’ll have 24 hours to note any items that need attention. After that, your project manager or a RestoPros representative will make sure everything gets addressed and resolve them. Once everything is completed, both you and our team member will finalize the checklist. Final billing is handled here, and we’ll take care of any required documents for your insurer or mortgage company.
