Planning Phase (1–2 Weeks)
Our team assists you in navigating the complexities of the insurance claim process, ensuring you receive the coverage you’re entitled to. Our vetted contractors are experienced in insurance work and coordinate accurate repair estimates with adjusters. Additionally, we guide you through material choices, and handling payments, including coordination with insurance and mortgage companies.
Construction Phase (2–8 Weeks)
During this phase, we manage scheduling and tradespeople access, providing weekly updates and ongoing communication. Our team oversees quality checks, supplement handling, and optional upgrades or changes to ensure the project meets your expectations.
Project Wrap-Up (1–2 Weeks)
As your project wraps up, we’ll walk through the finished space with you and hand out a punch list. You’ll have one full day to note any items that need attention. After that, your project manager or a RestoPros representative will make sure everything gets addressed and resolve them. Once everything is completed, both you and our team member will wrap up the sign-off process. Final billing is handled here, and we’ll handle all documentation for insurance or mortgage providers.
