I had RestoPros fix our downstairs after a leak from the water heater damaged our kitchen and garage. Their work and service were excellent from start to finish. Don and Kyle were always easy to get ahold of by text or phone, and made sure that the job was done right the first time. They accommodated our schedules and helped us navigate insurance, which can be a bear. It was a difficult process, but it was easier knowing that we had them in our corner.
I have never had to deal with water damage before, but I'm so glad I was able to have such a great experience with RestoPros. Deborah is incredible, and I am so grateful that they were able to help me with all of my water damage issues easily and quickly. Restopros of Portland is an amazing restoration company! The owner, Don, has a heart of gold! He worked patiently and diligently with my older father to help him access and use his insurance to cover the damage to his home, which was hard for my dad due to some emerging cognitive decline. The lead tech, Kyle, is very knowledgeable and experienced and was able to offer my dad his expertise on the process of fixing his water/mold issues. These guys do an amazing job and I highly reccomend them!
