If your insurance provider requires supplements, we handle that coordination on your behalf. Project Wrap-Up & Final Review (1–2 weeks)

As your project nears completion, we shift our focus to the final details that matter most. Our team conducts a detailed walk-through of the property with you to make sure everything has been completed to your satisfaction.

During this phase, we also provide a “punch list” form. You’ll have a 24-hour period to review and note any imperfections or items that require attention. Once your list is submitted, our project manager reviews each item with you and ensures that everything is addressed thoroughly.

When all items are resolved, both you and your RestoPros representative will sign off on the completion. At this point, final payment is collected, and your rebuild project officially comes to a close.
