Nicholasville Customer FAQs
Call RestoPros of Lexington at (859) 413-4323 right away. If it is safe, stop the water source and move personal belongings away from the affected area. Our team will guide you through the next steps over the phone while we head to your Nicholasville home.
Yes. We regularly work with carriers serving Nicholasville, including State Farm, Kentucky Farm Bureau, and Liberty Mutual. We document the damage and help you through the claims process to reduce your out-of-pocket costs where possible.
Basements are common here, and they take on water from heavy rain, poor drainage, and a high water table after a wet stretch. Even without flooding, a damp basement holds enough moisture to damage stored items and invite mold. We extract the water, dry the space, and help address what let it in.
Yes. Central Kentucky summers are warm and humid, and that moisture in the air lets mold take hold fast once a space gets wet. Quick water removal and thorough structural drying are the best defense, and we handle mold remediation when it is needed.
They can. Jessamine County sits on limestone, where sinkholes, underground springs, and shifting drainage can route water toward foundations and into basements and crawl spaces. We trace where the water is getting in, dry the affected area, and check for moisture below the surface.
They can be. Nicholasville sits near the Kentucky River and several creeks, and heavy rain can push them over their banks into low-lying homes and yards. We respond fast with water extraction and structural drying to limit the damage when water gets in.
