Business Development Manager

Pay: $50,000 – $70,000 (DOE) + Commission

Job Description
RestoPros of Columbus West, a water mitigation and restoration company, is seeking an entrepreneurial, outgoing, and customer service-oriented relationship manager. You will be responsible for meeting with clients, educating them about our services, and guiding them to make the best decisions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build a book of referrals through in-person cold calls
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and engage key contacts at potential client companies
- Conduct one-on-one meetings to explain services
- Address client challenges and provide solutions
- Identify new business development opportunities
- Monitor competitors and ensure client retention
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Set revenue targets and execute strategies to achieve them
Qualifications
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- High-quality customer service focus
- Analytical and research abilities
- Knowledge of relationship management practices
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-oriented and outgoing personality
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experience creating sales presentations
- 3+ years in sales or customer service preferred
- Construction experience preferred
- Water mitigation/restoration experience preferred
