Quick turnaround for an appointment after my basement was flooded. Immediately got my insurance company's information so they handled everything with them and I didn't have to worry about paperwork. Staff was very professional and friendly to my wife and toddler. The workers answered any questions I had and were very knowledgeable.

I cannot recommend RestoPros highly enough for water mitigation services. From the very beginning, their team was responsive, professional, and incredibly efficient. What stood out most, however, was the level of compassion and understanding they showed toward my family throughout the entire process. I have a child with special needs, and having crews in and out of our home for several days could have been extremely stressful. Instead, every single employee who entered our home was respectful, patient, and mindful of our situation. They took the time to make us feel comfortable and safe, which made a difficult experience much more manageable. The communication was excellent from start to finish. Josh was especially helpful, he explained each step of the process in a way that was easy to understand, answered every question thoroughly, and never made us feel rushed or overwhelmed. For those who have never gone through water damage or mitigation before, that kind of guidance is invaluable. Beyond the mitigation work itself, Josh also provided very helpful recommendations for the next stages of restoration and repair, helping our family navigate what can be a very confusing and stressful situation. I would give more than 5 stars if I could – Josh and his team were our saviors when an ice dam in our gutter pushed into our garage ceiling and caused water damage in multiple areas of our house. Having never experienced anything like this previously, we didn’t know what to do at first. We called a big name company and were told they wouldn’t be able to get to us for a week due to their busy schedule. I looked some more and was drawn to RestoPros because they were family owned. Josh answered and was at our house within less than 3 hours. The quick response time was such a relief, as we didn’t want to risk letting the problem sit and fester and promote mold growth. Josh was warm and kind and communicative and thorough, really took his time checking every area on the interior and exterior of the house that could have been affected by the ice dam, in addition to investigating an additional concern we had that was linked to a recent bathroom water incident. All told, after a thorough investigation, the extent of the water damage from both events touched four rooms in our house – flooring, walls, ceilings. It was daunting to say the least. Josh laid all of the information and next steps out very clearly, answered all of our questions and stayed while we called to file claims with insurance so that he could also help fully inform that conversation. I don’t believe we would have gotten this much time and care from any other company, it was wonderful. Demo and drying began promptly the next morning, the team was consistent and timely and communicative throughout that process, and restoration is still a work in process but also coming along well. We hope to never need water restoration services again, but if we do, I know who we’ll call!

Supply water line separated just inside house dumping water at rate of 10gal per minute into basement wall and floors – on Saturday morning. Tyler Henderson arrived and worked tirelessly Saturday and Sunday moving rugs, furniture, etc and then began removing water, carpet, pads, etc. On Monday he arrived with full team and worked long hours for several days including removing floor boards, vanities, etc until basement was determined to be dry. RestoPro does not pay Tyler enough for his hard work and long hours helping homeowners minimize loss and damage. Thank you Tyler Henderson.

Great company! Dried out, cleaned, and did mold remediation in our basement. The staff was efficient, friendly, timely, and knowledgeable throughout the process. Quality service and advice.We are very pleased with the results. Definitely would recommend and call again in the future.

I would highly recommend using RestroPros. They are prompt, friendly, helpful, and really know their stuff. It is wonderful to work with people who explain everything plainly and do their work with care. When they were done, we were very pleased with the outcome.
