Who We Are
RestoPros of Dayton is led by Amanda Bales, our President and majority owner. With a professional background in marketing and digital strategy, Amanda drives our customer-first approach and ensures every interaction reflects the care, professionalism, and attention to detail we’re known for. She’s also a dedicated Girl Scout leader and an advocate for community leadership.
Josh Bales, our CEO, runs day-to-day operations and leads our team in the field. With a career built in hospitality and construction, Josh brings hands-on leadership and a deep understanding of customer service. He’s also IICRC certified, ensuring every job meets the highest industry standards for restoration and safety.
Pete Bales, co-founder, is Amanda’s husband and Josh’s brother. With over 20 years in public service—including his current role as Vice Mayor of Beavercreek—Pete brings strategic oversight, deep crisis management experience, and a strong community service ethic. He is also IICRC certified and plays a key role in shaping the values and direction of the company.
