I read some of the previous reviews and I have to disagree with some of them. We had a great experience with this company. We just moved into our house and apparently there was a leak, which we didn’t know about until we had damage. I called and spoke with Chris Paquette, who immediately scheduled a time to come and look at the damage. He then proceeded to get a crew here to fix the issue. ...

I wanted to pay my invoice immediately using my card but Restapros charges a 3 percent fee for doing so. Therefore I am going to have to drive to their office to pay them using a check...I don't use checks...or cash. This is so inconvenient. Update 2/6/2026: I am increasing my review from 3 to 4 stars due to the excellent response from Restapros.
