Levi & Junior came out to take care of a terrible mess in our crawlspace from when a drainpipe disconnected in my kids' bathroom. They were amazing — efficient, took great care of my family. Thanks also to Jennifer for great communication and getting them out here within 24 hours! 🙂 Pricing is high, but listen — I'm not gonna DIY sewage cleanup, and they did a great job.
Austin was very helpful during the initial inspection. Levi, Matt, Aron, Junior, and Greco did a very thorough job of mitigating my water damage. They documented everything with pictures for my insurance company and did a great job of protecting the areas without water damage. They also took time to explain all parts of the process. It’s been a great experience so far in spite of the bad situation and damage.
Dylan baynard came out and did an inspection at my apartment and helped me with homeowners insurance. Great customer service.
Tim came out the next day when I called with a water damage emergency. He was very helpful and understanding of the stress the situation put us under with fear of the water spreading if not addressed timely. He clearly explained the process and helped file the insurance.
Tim and Levi came back out today after demo and drying equipment in place to check dryness with meters. Said we were dry and good to go. They cleaned up equipment and supplies efficiently and adjusted their schedule to meet with mine.
Very professional and polite — helped move furniture etc. super pleased with the crew! Would recommend
Dylan and Matt did a great job at our place this week! We had an emergency late on Friday night and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They stayed until 3am to get the job done. Highly recommend these guys.
