To keep everyone informed, we’ll begin weekly communications that include you, your adjuster, and our internal team. These will come from your Project Manager or our office.
💰 Estimate, Budget & Deposit

A draft estimate is prepared and updated based on the Scope of Work.

We’ll finalize the project budget and coordinate with insurance if necessary.

A 50% deposit is required to proceed with material orders and scheduling.

We’ll help you finalize materials and select contractors as needed.

Once materials are confirmed, we’ll schedule your start date.

A pre-construction walkthrough will be done before work begins.

After the work is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you.

A Certificate of Completion will be signed to confirm everything is done.

The final invoice will be sent, and the remaining balance collected.
