What Our Rebuild Service Includes
Planning Phase (1–2 Weeks)
The first step in our Rebuild service is planning. We assist you through the insurance claims process and our qualified contractors specialize in working with insurance claims. Our team works directly with adjusters to ensure accurate repair estimates are generated, and we guide you through the selection of materials and managing payments, including those involving your insurance and mortgage company.
Construction Phase (2–8 Weeks)
Once the planning phase is complete, we move into the construction phase. Our team handles all aspects of the construction process, from scheduling contractors to coordinating access for tradespeople. We provide you with regular updates and ensure that communication remains open throughout the project. Quality checks are conducted at each stage, and we manage any necessary adjustments, supplement claims, or change orders, keeping the project on track.
Project Wrap-Up (1–2 Weeks)
As we approach the end of your project, we’ll walk through the finished space with you and hand out a punch list. You’ll have 24 hours to note any items that need attention. After that, your project manager or a RestoPros representative will review the list together and resolve them. Once everything is completed, both you and our team member will sign off on the completed work. This is when we collect the final payment, and we’ll close out the project files with your insurance or mortgage provider.
