Customer Service 5 stars. I contacted 3 other companies. James answered the phone and communicated his ETA on the day of arrival to our home. He gave an honest assessment of our mold damage. He could've invented reasons to charge us for unnecessary solutions, and I wouldn't have known the difference (considering some of the advice I'd already been given by others).
