I cannot speak highly enough of RestoPros of Southeast Atlanta. After another company essentially did not show up, I reached out to Restopros and, within a day, they were at my home and offered an estimate and details about what I could expect.I had some concerns about some language in the contract, as I tend to be very suspicious of corporate entities, and the responses from Nick were thoughtful, informative, and flexible. It was clear I was relating to human beings and not some robotic and nameless entity, ready to rip me off. Turns out they are a franchise and, from what I experienced, functioned like a local company.What I (or they) could never have expected is that, in assessing what we thought was minor repair, they found a disaster. This was not a scam. I was there, watching it unfold as I monitored the work, seeing the extensive damage hidden behind a wall. Long story short, they had a plumber in the house identifying and solving the source of the problem, broadened the barrier they had constructed to ensure the rest of the house did not suffer mold contamination, remediated the damaged space in the kitchen, investigated and identified attention also needed in crawlspace, and provided me clear descriptions of what they were doing along the way. Braxton also was helpful in guiding me through breathing exercises as the crisis unfolded. Within a few days, they had removed cabinets without breaking anything, cleaned the mess, remediated the ongoing threats, and left the job clean and ready for the longer-term repairs that were needed. All along, answering questions, patiently, and walking me through the issues I was facing.
I braced myself for the invoice, remembering that the contract did have a clause that indicated that, sometimes, unexpected problems emerge that will result in a greater cost than the estimate provides. When it arrived, it was higher. By only a few hundred dollars when I was expecting it to be thousands, given the extent of the damage they cleaned up. To be sure, the longer-term repair was more expensive, but Restopros did not get any of those dollars, as that was beyond the scope of what they currently offer. What they did get was my trust, and if I never need any kind of remediation (which I hope I don't), they are the one's I'm calling.

From the time I called with water damage up until time of payment these guys were amazing!!! They were very professional and knowledgeable, and they were very greatly priced. Look no further for a company. If you have any kind of water damage, this is the company you need to call ASAP. I highly recommend them and won’t use anybody else but them from now on.
