I would give more than 5 stars if I could – Josh and his team were our saviors when an ice dam in our gutter pushed into our garage ceiling and caused water damage in multiple areas of our house. Having never experienced anything like this previously, we didn’t know what to do at first. We called a big name company and were told they wouldn’t be able to get to us for a week due to their busy schedule. I looked some more and was drawn to RestoPros because they were family owned. Josh answered and was at our house within less than 3 hours. The quick response time was such a relief, as we didn’t want to risk letting the problem sit and fester and promote mold growth. Josh was warm and kind and communicative and thorough, really took his time checking every area on the interior and exterior of the house that could have been affected by the ice dam, in addition to investigating an additional concern we had that was linked to a recent bathroom water incident. All told, after a thorough investigation, the extent of the water damage from both events touched four rooms in our house – flooring, walls, ceilings. It was daunting to say the least. Josh laid all of the information and next steps out very clearly, answered all of our questions and stayed while we called to file claims with insurance so that he could also help fully inform that conversation. I don’t believe we would have gotten this much time and care from any other company, it was wonderful. Demo and drying began promptly the next morning, the team was consistent and timely and communicative throughout that process, and restoration is still a work in process but also coming along well. We hope to never need water restoration services again, but if we do, I know who we’ll call!
