RestoPros came right out to my house when I had a pipe burst (two different times!) . Brie helped me with everything! She set me up with a team that removed all the damaged walls, floors, etc. She is so reliable, helps with anything and everything at a moments notice. Austin was very professional and knowledgeable. I came home to water raining from the ceiling over my kitchen island….kitchen was 1/4″ underwater…..problem initiated in upstairs master bath….RestoPros arrived promptly within a half hour. I was panicking and so upset. It was a relief to see Austin at my front door. His calming, empathetic and take charge demeanor was so comforting. After carefully assessing the plumbing and flooring he created air flow with multiple fans in both kitchen and upstairs. Upon returning to check on it he found the laminate was still wet underneath. He sealed my floors with plastic and set up multiple large dehumidifiers and fans to help dry the floor…
