RestoPro staff has been responsive to what could have been an emergency situation. Services were provided in a timely manner, and I was kept informed along each stage of the process. They were the interface between the insurance company, me and the contractor who provided the restoration services. This was an insurance claim, so I was only responsible for the deductible.

RestoPros did an amazing job all around with my water damage mitigation and kitchen demo. They were very fast in starting and finishing the job and were very communicative and thorough. The job ended up being a lot more work than we initially thought and they carefully and thoughtfully moved everything out of the kitchen. The workers were respectful and a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs mitigation work done.

Carlos Giron, the Lead Technician, provided fantastic water mitigation service for us. He worked quickly, was always on time, and stayed in contact for a week to make sure the service was going as planned. Really nice guy too. If you’re in need of water mitigation service, look no further. He’s the man for the job. Also, Justin was great to work with as well making sure we were taken care of with service. Thanks guys!

RestoPros is an amazing company. We met the owner, Bill, first after an initial call . He is extremely knowledgeable on the extent of the damages we sustained, as well as what was needed to put it back to what it was. We were clueless! We decided to hire Bill and his team, because there was a calm energy about him and we felt we could trust him. You know, in this day age finding someone you can trust for anything is a challenge. Once we decided to hire him, his crew arrived that afternoon! Wow! A team of men showed up, and they began working as quickly as they could! They set up blowers and dehumidifiers, and the place was already starting to improve. They carried out dry boxes to a POD storage shed, and sorted through wet boxes, helping me to go through it. The experience was a positive one and we were so grateful to go through this nightmare with our new “friends”. They definitely made it better for us. They also were very kind and respectful with soaked family quilts and wet heirlooms that meant a lot to us. We were able to save more items because of this crew. They worked fast, too, and that’s another reason we were able to save more of our damaged items. I would definitely hire RestoPros again, but I hope I never need to!
