Absolute lifesavers! We had a bad flood in our kitchen after a faucet failure, and Chris and Jason with RestoPros came to our rescue. They were incredibly efficient at identifying exactly where the water had spread and immediately got to work drying everything out. What could have been an incredibly stressful disaster was handled with complete professionalism, clear communication, and top-notch equipment.I can’t recommend Chris, Jason, and the RestoPros team enough if you ever find yourself dealing with water damage!

Webb is very knowledgeable and professional and knows EVERYTHING about water, mold and fire!

Very professional from start to finish. Joseph Balabous (Mitigation Manager) was on point throught the process. It's good to see someone who takes pride in their work and lives up to their word. Will 100% call Restopros again.

I cannot recommend RestoPros enough! Stephen and his team were absolutely fantastic. We had the main water pressure valve in our basement fail, and their crew arrived at our house immediately. Within hours, the carpet and padding had been ripped out and removed, and fans and dehumidifiers were running throughout the basement. Stephen returned repeatedly to ensure everything dried out appropriately, even removing drywall where the damage was too great. He also coordinated with a fantastic plumber who made it out the same day to complete the repairs. The spraying water also fried our AC unit in the dead of summer, but Stephen brought in an HVAC specialist to analyze the situation, order the parts, and fix the unit within just a few short days. Stephen and his team were exceptional, and their prices were more than fair. If you ever run into an issue like this, I highly recommend calling Stephen and RestoPros!

my daughter accidentally overflowed the bathtub and water made its way downstairs through a vent, I needed help fast before mold had a chance to set in. RestoPros of West Houston came through. They dried everything thoroughly and caught the problem early enough to prevent any mold from forming.Eric was outstanding. He was professional, communicated clearly through the whole process, and genuinely seemed to care about getting it done right. The whole crew was responsive and treated our home with respect.Water damage is stressful, but RestoPros made it manageable. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Houston area dealing with a similar situation.
