The team at RestoPros made a very bad situation into an easier one. From the moment I first spoke with them to the last time the fans and the de-humidifiers ran in the house, everything was treated with professionalism. They were always on-time and communicated everything that was going on. There were no surprises to what was needed on the job. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had a pipe burst in the wall behind our pantry and it flooded the area. We were referred to Averi w/Restopro. Although I was actively panicking, she assured me they would take care of us. Kevin & Luis came to do the initial work and they are my Batman & Robin! Super friendly, trustworthy and efficient! Anyone dealing with water damage- I would recommend them 110%. Restopros have been extraordinary! The team, especially Jason and Jerry, were so respectful, professional, and considerate as they deconstructed our house following a water leak. Jason always took the time to explain what they were doing and did everything they could to minimize any additional disruption. Their kindness, communication, and care made a very difficult situation much easier to get through. I also want to recognize Matt, who has been incredibly helpful whenever I had a question. He always responded quickly, kept me informed, and made sure my concerns were addressed. His responsiveness and support were truly appreciated. I sincerely hope I never have another incident that requires their services, but if I do, their company will be my first call without hesitation. Thank you for turning such a stressful and unfortunate experience into a positive experience. It truly means a lot.

Kevin and CJ were so good and knowledgeable about their work. Amazing experience and definitely recommended.

We had a water leak on Friday morning, I called JC with RestoPros and by 10am Cody and James were beginning to start work on the damage. They were beyond informative, answered all my questions, explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Friday evening, JC reached out to make sure everything went well with the mitigation setup. We let everything dry over the weekend and they came in at 10am to remove all the equipment, double checked to make sure everything was properly dry, bagged all the trash, swept, and even hauled off the rug that was ruined by the leak. You will not be disappointed in their work and communication throughout the process. Thank you all for making everything easier during a stressful time.

We had a toilet overflow flood in bedroom out to living room and kitchen and RestoPros was at our apartment immediately to move all furniture, gather and box/label all belongings from bedroom, closets, kitchen and living room. Two months later after 4 weeks of fans to dry out, dry wall and floor repair a team from RestoPros returned and emptied boxes, reset up the bed and moved all furniture , paintings, etc back to original spots.I can’t say enough about how great owner Jon and his team took over to get us ready to move back in. The entire team worked hard for several hours and each one had a great, helping attitude. Highest recommendation one can give!Bill MacMillan

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I called them out to my cabin after discovering massive, overwhelming property damage. I was incredibly stressed and truly didn’t think we would ever be able to get the smell out—but they worked absolute miracles. They got to work within just a few days of my initial call and stayed on the job until everything was completely perfect. As someone who works full-time, their communication was a lifesaver. They always showed up exactly when they said they would, made themselves available for questions, and even answered me on the weekends. They went above and beyond by giving me excellent, clear guidance on my next steps throughout the entire process. The team was extremely polite, incredibly hard-working, and left absolutely no mess behind. They made sure every single detail was complete and flawless before they left. If you want a team that is reliable, meticulous, and genuinely cares about their work, this is who you need to call. I would never go to anyone else!
