The Rebuild service starts with a thorough planning phase. We help you navigate the insurance claims process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is in order. Our qualified contractors specialize in insurance-related repairs and work directly with adjusters to provide accurate repair estimates. We also assist in material choices, and payment coordination, including working with insurance and mortgage companies.
Construction Phase (2–8 Weeks)
Once the planning is complete, we move into the construction phase. Our project managers oversee every aspect of the process, from scheduling contractors to ensuring tradespeople have access to the property. We maintain regular communication with you and provide weekly updates on progress. Our team ensures quality checks are performed at every stage and addresses any changes, upgrades, or supplement claims that arise during the project.
Project Wrap-Up (1–2 Weeks)
As we approach the end of your project, we’ll walk through the finished space with you and hand out a punch list. You’ll have about a day to note any items that need attention. After that, your project manager or a RestoPros representative will review the list together and resolve them. Once everything is completed, both you and our team member will confirm everything is done. We’ll collect the remaining balance at this point, and we’ll finalize paperwork for your insurance or lender.
