New location brings 24/7 water, fire, and mold mitigation services to the East Valley and surrounding communities

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — May 12, 2026 — RestoPros, a leading national restoration and mitigation franchise, today announced the opening of RestoPros of Scottsdale–Queen Creek, a new franchise location serving homeowners and businesses across the greater Phoenix metro area. The location is owned and operated by Alex Briggs, a U.S. combat veteran and founder of the Silent Wounds and Warriors Foundation.

RestoPros of Scottsdale–Queen Creek provides emergency restoration services for water, fire, and mold damage across Scottsdale, Mesa, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Apache Junction. “After retiring from the Army, my family went through a major home flood, and that experience stayed with me,” said Briggs. “It showed me how important trust, communication, and follow-through are during a stressful situation. I wanted to build a business that treats people the right way when they need help most.”

In addition to his work in restoration, Briggs founded the Silent Wounds and Warriors Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to helping veterans and first responders heal from invisible wounds, including PTSD and traumatic brain injuries. He brings that same sense of mission to RestoPros of Scottsdale–Queen Creek, which he describes as a leap of faith grounded in service — to clients navigating some of their most difficult moments, and to the broader Phoenix community he calls home.
